We’ve been lucky enough to have Tony Hang as our Lexus service manager for years, and let me tell you—he’s an absolute gem. Patient doesn’t even begin to cover it. Whether we’re fumbling with the insurance app for 20 minutes (face palm!) or asking a million questions, Tony handles it all with grace, good humor, and the kind of customer care that’s increasingly rare these days.

I had a tire issue, so the visit today wasn’t planned. Given that it was a Saturday, there were several customers already in the queue for service. Yet Ashley treated my matter with diligence and attention much as I would expect she would handle her assigned customers. It took a while for the process to be completed. I will point out, though, that unrelated to Ashley, access to the Lexus services resource via phone took inordinately long to receive attention and not in keeping with the Lexus standard.
