- I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and wasn't called by my advisor until 15 minutes after my appointment time.
- Advisor said that it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours
- after 2-1/2 hours I decided to go to lunch
- on my way to the lunch place I saw my car seating at the pick-up area but no one notified me that my car was ready
- It took a while to find my advisor and finally get my car about 3 hours or more after I got to thw dealership
- This is obviously unacceptable

I purchased a battery in 2023 and was charged for a replacement. If I had purchased from AAA, they guarantee for 3 years. Why won’t Lexus match. Not only that, the battery is less expensive. Also, I had a less expensive alignment from another dealership than what I paid. I really don’t like paying more for service. I hope management looks at this. I didn’t get an appraisal but I might be interested in the future. I may be in market for a new Lexus.

I scheduled an appointment specifically to have my blackout emblems installed. When I arrived, I was told the body shop had to handle it, which led to a lot of back-and-forth. Ultimately, it was a waste of my time — I didn’t come in to sit and wait an hour just to get a loaner for a recall that, just last week when I was at the dealership, had no resolution. I had no intention of returning for that recall, and on top of that, the service I actually came for wasn’t completed
