Appreciate the efforts to meet my pick up timelines, but Wendy wasn’t a great communicator. I followed up several times when I didn’t receive an update, and then she didn’t have the details of the repair nor cost, ie, basic info. Also I had to bring the car back the 1st day it was returned to me w a problem that should have been picked up earlier in the shop.

I have been coming to Lexus for a couple years now and I’ve only had two major issues one that could’ve called a major accident with my lug nuts not being put back on my SUV properly but here recently this past Saturday, which was August 20th, 2026. Kimberly was my contact person for my oil change. It was brought to my attention that my front left inner boot needed to be replaced. That had already been replaced August 2025. Kimberly found it on her computer and stated that either herself, Jesse or management would give me a call. I have yet to hear back from anyone until I made a call on August 23 at 4:15. So I’m not particularly satisfied with how this whole thing has been handled.
