Christian was great. However, when we first purchased we were told that all services would include filling up the gas tank. Is this still the case or was that just a sales pitch?

Two hours for an oil change. Two others came in (at least one was also oil change) and they were all finished long before me. I usually go to Omaha. Never longer than one hour. Trevor tried to sell me new tires but I can go another 20 to 25 thousand. He also mentioned a filter but said it really was not needed. It was a Thursday morning, not much traffic in or out. No one looked to be busy. Why two hours? Maybe just one mechanic? Will probably go back to Omaha. With price of gas I thought I could switch to Lincoln. This is our third Lexus.
