Ms Navarro was courteous and kind, and the consummate professional in the service she rendered us during our visit. She was responsive to our questions and took initiative to scope out with service a question we had concerning collapsing our side view mirrors, and then invited me outside to demonstrate. She also arranged to have our car washed and walked us out to our car to deliver it back to us. This is our first chance to work with Ms. Navarro. She’s a definite asset to your staff.

I recently went in for service and was told I needed a battery to be change. There was a picture of a dirty terminal with some corrosion. No diagnostic regarding battery life and I recieved the car back with corrosion on battery terminal. It cost nothing to clean a terminal for all the money I paid for the sevice. A little baking soda and water. It took me less than 5 min. I get that u try to get rid of the vehicle asap but like I said it was a 5 min clean up job. Disappointed. I get that batteries eventually go bad but the battery working great so far great after the clean up.
