when I made the appointment, I said I would need a loaner car but when I arrived, there were none left. That seems unacceptable.....
On a different note, I was very satisfied with my service rep Tony.

Very helpful and friendly. Accommodating. I appreciated cleaning the inside windshield, but one criticism, it appears they used a dirty or greasy rag. Worse than when I started, especially when the sun shines on it. ????. Other than the cleaning job, all good.
