Xavier Allen is the most one I can count on. He takes time to explain to you when you brought your car for service. He is always smile, give you a warm welcome. If you can wait for your car they don’t have no loaner he will apologize to you and call Uber for you. Any questions you ask him about your car he will take his to explain to you what is wrong with patient he is very knowledgeable.

No problems with the service advisor. Adam was great. My concern is my final invoice for the work done. With all the papers is a tad hard to follow how the charges equal up but seems I may have been charged for the brake inspection of $47.15 on page 6 even though I purchased the front brake service package. I was quoted on the phone $950 for everything. I paid $985 in person. Invoice has numbers such as $899.06 for total authorized amount on page 6. Page 5 has $845.92 additional approved amount. Page 2 has the brake fluid job at $170.79 with parts and labor but on page 3 it comes out to $203.26. Many differences in totals to sum it up.
