He is very profesional and he explains to me what the car is in for etc. when I also when my car is done not only I get a txt, but he calls too. When I go to pick up my car, he has a smile and goes through everything I need to know about the service. He always says “ if u have any questions or concern please feel free to call me. He makes me feels good about trust them with my car etc.
