Initially, I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes replaced, as I believed it may be a necessary service due to my vehicle’s mileage. I was told that a recall software update for rear camera was available but it would be at least 2 hours. Two and a half hours later when I was notified that my car was ready I was told that the update was not ready for my car. My maintenance was only tire rotation and fluid level checks. That should have only taken about an hour and now when my recall resolution is ready I will have to come back for two more hours. Also I was told I needed 4 tires and this will be the second set of tires with only 35000 miles on the car. These are the worst wearing tires I have ever used. For a luxury vehicle there should be better tires. I doubt that I will ever purchase another Lexus. Please forward this to general manager and someone at Lexus corporate office.

I paid $240 for a car detail. There were smears on the inside of my windshield and on my navigation screen. I expect perfection if I’m paying for it. Also the next day I realized my door lock button on the back hatch doesn’t work. Now I have to make another trip to have that repaired and I better not be charged.

You go through and at drop off go through and up sell us on recommended service not required. After when we pick up you do go through and explain what was completed just go to cashier and pay. Also you do a half fast job in washing the car.

The service work itself was satisfactory. But dropped off my vehicle for it 30000 mile service was told up front it would take longer , up to 3 hours. Dropped the vehicle off at 10:00 was then told it would be 2:00 due to the noon lunch hour. Came back to the dealership at 2:00. The service and wash was not completed until 4:00. 6 hours from drop off to completion is unacceptable when not mechanical repairs are needed.
