I worked with 2 of your team members, was treated graciously and professionally, and actually interacted with another 1 or 2 service individuals in the lot while waiting for a loaner. I received good explanations of the Lexus recall work on the data monitoring system and how to renew my safety/connect service. Everyone was gracious and professional, especially one of your managers, I believe his name was Kevin? He helped me get my loaner. I was able to pick up my car early today! So grateful SCL is nearby!
