Two things , 1. I dropped my car the previous night and was told I would be called before 11 am to let me know how routine service was and when it would be ready . No one called. I finally called at 12:30 .
2. Simple oil and filter change and tire rotation was almost $290 . That’s way to expensive. I just took my wife’s Infiniti SUV in for the exact same thing including tire rotation and paid $120 . Infinite charges $30 for tire rotation not $99. I am very loyal to any vendors I use but your pricing is out of line .
