Nick was awesome. Will definitely be asking for him directly when I visit for maintenance.
However, while at the Tustin location getting my maintenance done... there was a small bush fire outside of the service area, probably due to a cigarette. I wasn’t impressed by how unprepared your staff was. Most of them Were scrambling to find the fire extinguisher. I would highly suggest that a safety briefing be done for your whole staff following this incident for the safety of them and your customers. That was very concerning.
