I made an appointment to drop off my car and get a loaner car so I could go to a couple appointments while it was being serviced. When I dropped off the car I was informed they had no loaners. The service writer told me he could get me a rental car but it would take a while to acquire which forced me to cancel my two other appointments. I had to make the decision to wait for the vehicle which put a huge **** on my time schedule the rest of the day.

Brando did not listen to my concern. I said there’s issue with the adjustable lumbar support, meanwhile he documented issue with the bolster. When he texted that my car is ready for pick up, I asked if all the issues were addressed. Brando called me and explained there was no issue with the bolster and I said again I have issue with the lumbar support. After some attempts at further explaining from both he and I, he suggested I come in and hear the explanation from the technician. Technician and I agreed bolster isn’t issue it’s the LUMBAR SUPPORT. I told Brando a total of 3 times my concerns and clearly he did not listen and did not note my concern correctly. FYI, my car was with Lexus since 2/20. As a result, I left my car for the technician to take a look at. Brando wasted my time, your staff’s time looking at parts/issues that did not need addressing and your costs from an error like this. I will add, the staff I spoke to last night Jeff and Derek offered excellent customer service.
