I was told of rodent damage but at the time of vehicle pick up I could not find any one to advice me on prevention. Did get a text about closing time for vehicle pick up but no response to my V. M. Requesting when the rental can be returned. Iman was good with his attention to my needs but follow up was poor in that some body should have contacted me.

My experienced this time was not a good one. Firstly, I was not satisfied with how long was taken to preform the maintenance. Secondly, at my previous visit my car was washed from the interior to the exterior very well, and this current visit was half clean. I just don’t know if the cleaning part is just a courtesy or is par of the maintenance. (I don’t want to be contacted). But I liked mucho better the previous service!
