I requested a Transmission Flush (not a drain and fill). However, that’s not what I received. I wasn’t informed that Tustin Lexus could not perform a Flush (don’t have the machine to perform this) until after I paid, and questioned why only 4 quarts of transmission fluid was used. Not happy about this at all. If you did not have the equipment to perform what I requested, then you should have informed me up front.
