Got an oil change here for the first time. Iman was my service advisor. He was super helpful and honest. Didn't feel pressure to doing anything unnecessary. I was hesitant to bring the car after seeing the reviews here but will be back again for future service.
They lost one star at checkout. The lady at the desk was super rude and not helpful at all. Asked her a simple question and she said "it's in your paperwork" and didn't bother to explain or have someone answer the question. There was no one in the place so didn't see the reason to be rushed. The other girl was playing on her phone, complaining about being bored. Definitely the checkout expletive could be improved with a little professionalism.

We had the RX350 dropped off Friday evening and our favorite customer service representative, called this morning (Saturday) informing me of the needed repair with an estimated cost and completion time. Both were right on the money and we picked up the car today, as promised. Daven never disappoints!
