Ronnie, Miguel and management has helped me with the disastrous cylinder head gasket leak on a 2013 RX350 with 62K miles. It's very unusual for a well maintained with zero accident SUV to have such issue. But this is the dice that I rolled with. Customer service is always good with South County... my trust with Lexus reliability is now in question.
I have recommended Lexus to multiple friends and have even referred two customer to South County before this catastrophe.
