The service was spectacular! I’ve been to three different dealerships and this is by far the best one. I live in LA County but my next Lexus purchase will be out in Mission Viejo. They set me up with a loaner after my car broke down on the freeway nearby. I was in an out under 45 minutes. Everyone there was beyond helpful!!!

I have nothing negative to say about Daven. He was professional and friendly.
However, I had a 10 am appointment and arrived at 10. I was told to have a seat inside and he would be with me shortly. I could see him in his office but he never came to get me. Finally, at 10:15 I asked someone going by if he was in. (At the time I didn't know that was him at the desk.) They showed me his office and I went in to see him. He apologized and took the information about my car. Needless to say, I didn't feel SCL lived up to my expectations.
