I have been coming to Metro Lexus since my first new Lexus in 1995. This has been one of the worst experience I have ever had with my car at Metro Lexus. My car is making noise that was not there before I dropped it off to be repaired I am so upset about this noise on my car that now I am told that it is my shocks and bearings however I didn't have that noise before I dropped my car off. Also when I did pick my car up I noticed immediately that there was some paint damage on the inside of my vehicle that someone tried to disguise by putting the air freshener over it. I pointed that out to Dan and he corrected it. I brought my car and again to have the light looked at I end up paying close to $300 for that just to find out later that someone left screws in the front door handle of my car as well as the back door handle of my car. I also noticed that my rack in the back was not closed I always keep that closed however I never use the back so I didn't bother to close it until yesterday just to find out that it is not working properly to me it seems like it's replaced with one that's not functioning properly why I have no idea. I have to bring my car back out to Lexus again on Thursday I spoke with Cordis in regards to my concerns. Curtis is a very nice person I appreciate his handling of my complaints however I am still so very disappointed with how my car is riding right now...i have spent
over $7,000 my car within one year in my car sound worse than it did when I first dropped it off last year to be repaired. I have no idea who I can take my complaints to but I am a very dissatisfied customer at this point. I don't know if my car is being treated like this because it's not new but for me I tried to keep my car up with Service appointments . Bob Ross was my service man 18 years, after that it was Stephen, and now it's Cordis he seems to be as nice as the other two but for some reason this has been my worst experience what's Metro Lexus????

Isaac was great. What I do not enjoy has nothing to do with the employees. I just want to be able to drop off my car quickly and not have to be pulled in to an office to sit and confirm a service it would be nice if you had a quick drop off service.
