Service at Metro Lexus has been outstanding. Jeff Miller is the best service advisor yet. John is my favorite diagnostic specialist!!! Quality of the Lexus ES 350 that I purchased one year ago today **** because of the stereo and no fix. Not able to trade it in on a 2020 Lexus ES Luxury With ML stereo because I was offered KBB AUCTION value on my car. My car only has 5,800 miles on it and is in pristine condition! Why would Lexus auction it off ? Because there is no fix for the stereo!!!!
