Joshua kept us always in the loop regarding status of Lexus service, and also alerted us that since recall service was going to overlap his Friday day off, that someone was taking his place while he was gone. I felt very comfortable with Joshua’s oversight, especially when he mentioned that the recall would require more time than we expected. Our call to schedule this service did not give us the impression lexus would need our car for more than one day. No problem. We were given a loaner since we only have one car.
