Cordis is great. That sure is a large group of helpers working in front of the service team! Kind of like going to the doctor, where you have to talk with 2-4 support staff first. You weren't honest about "one question." Counting this comment box, there are three.

The service advisor was very helpful and I think also the service people did an excellent job. But the advisor forgot something to show me regarding navigation which I asked him to help me. Anyway one of the front personnel which I have talked to volunteered to help me. So it was ok.
