Car was not washed. Winter mats not installed. Both gratis services in years gone by. Service is expensive. Work I wanted got done but no more. Also took car in at 10am and relatively minor work not done until 5 pm. Others had priority to my needs and/or planning was weak. Not sure I will stay with metro. Also seeing decline over last few visits so trend appearing sorry to say.
