Explained very clearly and was very patient, also spoke to my husband on the phone and gave us time to decide.
I am immunocompromised and he was very attentive to reducing my exposure by giving me forms outside at a social distance and taking my payment over the phone. I will ask for him by name the next time I need my car service.

I wasn't aware beforehand that the maintenance charge was going to be $249.00. Was that optional or required. I've never paid that for maintenance with any car I've had, even with my Lincoln. Most of the time it was free or around 79.00. I was shocked.
