I was told at the end of an hour and half later that my two tires had nails, when they should have told me earlier, and let me see it. Because just because the tire pressure signal came on doesn’t mean tire pressure had problem in my car. It could come on when maintenance is required. This happened before. I think your people may want to earn some money to possibly put the two nails in the tires with the intention to make me buy two new tires SOON. You did it to my car last time. Exact same strategy. First you said there was a nail, and then “fixed” it on your own. But that “fix” did not last as if gradually made my tire lose air. When I brought it to you, you said it needed a new tire. And then you said it would be safer to get two tires. Now you did the same thing again, saying there are nails in my two rear tires that was just impossible. Nobody got two tires with nails at the same time. But the service agent said his wife as three nails in three tires that sounded like a convenient excuse, since he knew it could happen. He says he did not charge me. Really? Of course you don’t care about such small amounts as you have a plan for a big one that is when I bring my car in for two new tires. The bottom line is that I did not see that there were two nails in two rear tires at the same time. So chances are that you may not be telling the truth, and tried to use the same plot to make me buy two more tires in the future, when it could endanger me now with nail patches in each of my front tires. I am going to find a way to report you. It is a very basic courtesy to let me know what’s going on with my car, instead of fixing it on your own when there is no proof that there were nails in my two tires. Your service is much more unreliable than Toyota. You acted as if you own my car without consulting my opinions first that is very disgusting. You even told me that patches were free making me appreciate you. There are ways to earn money, you do not earn it by deception.
