There was a $26 charge for something. I don’t know what that was for? I didn’t take time to ask question when I was there my fault. It’s not the end of the world, but I was not understanding what that charge was for.

Service was poor this is my 2nd car from JM and it will be my last the service person doesn’t know how to treat a customer. When I had the last service done the car came back with a problem we called right after and returned the car 3 days later we could not get a a loaner car from jm as my son is under 21 it took us few weeks to return today the service advisor told me we much have done somthing to the car and we should have came right back that a call is not enough that we had to prove it and it’s 500.00 for them to check it refused to let me talk to the manager but called me back an hour later and said the manager told him to take care of it. Poor customer service at best

Vy was excellent! However, this is the third time since April 2025 that we’ve brought in our RX350h because the back hatch door doesn’t work correctly. Vy saw, herself, the failure of the hatch to open when kicking under the bumper AND it won’t close when pressing the button to both close the hatch and lock the vehicle. And yet, FOR THE THIRD TIME, your service people say they can’t duplicate the issue. However, Eirik also observed what we’ve said and Vy saw. I’m very frustrated!!!

Despite being one of the newer members of the service consultants team, Danny does a superb job for me. He patiently explains everything I have questions on, and always delivers on his promises. He is organized and knowledgeable, and he has a great sense of what good customer service should be. His enthusiasm for his work is refreshing! Billy was great, friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed with how long the service took. I dropped my vehicle off around 9:15 a.m. and didn’t pick it up until close to noon, which felt excessive for a routine service. I was also unable to get a car wash because it was backed up. While I appreciated Billy’s help, the overall wait time was frustrating.

Neither of the two issues I took the car in for were remedied. When I went to pickup the car after receiving. Phone call it was ready I spent close to an hour demonstrating to the service dept. that there really is a problem (they were telling me I needed to see the technology rep.) it was agreed there is a problem. So I had to leave the car there again You service technician Jayrd is outstanding and bent over backwards during that hour to find the problem but exhausted his options that evening

Adrain is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. He kept me updated on my vehicles stats without me having to call to check on it. This is unheard of in today’s service. Would highly recommend Adrain and JM Lexus for anyone looking for a new car.
