This is my third vehicle with Metro. The vehicles are great and the service people have always been outstanding. I did not ask for a quote on a new vehicle because in March you offered me a trade in on my 2019 ES with 17k mileage for $31k and at the same time you were selling a pre owned 2019 ES with the the same equipment that had 24k mileage for $41k. Seems like when it comes to making deals with Lexus loyalty comes in second.

but you do tremendous over selling. Over the phone I was quoted $100 for 15K service. The advisor wrote up $300. When I questioned I was told it also includes and oil change and that was $150. So why a quote of $300?
