While Daven did a great job, I am appalled at the price of a 5000 mile service. I am also disappointed that at 78,000 miles, my car needed a $3000 repair on obviously defective bushings. Seems Lexus should issue a recall since it appears to be an ongoing issue for a 350RX. Just disappointed in Lexus. I never would have expected this on a car with only 78,000 miles. I’m probably going elsewhere for service in the future. Ridiculous.

A pleasant experience & efficient with service staff. The loaner car was a wonderful way to test drive a late model Lexus. Although I was very happy to get back in my 2013 RX350 where I know where everything is and I how to use it. As usual, it was overall a great experience.
