My first time at the service center I was there to have my car detailed. It was not fully detailed and so I asked for it to be completely done. There were still all sorts of smudges and spots around the Interior that were missed. I waited for 2 hours and finally went to ask about my car and I was told it was finished an hour previously. The girl at the service area was very apologetic and said she had been looking for me. I was in the service waiting room so I and was surprised she couldn’t find me.

The person who covered for Anthony was not as professional as I would have liked. He did not try to engage me in conversation or build rapport when he introduced himself to me. He had me sign documents and literally had no follow-up with me after the service was completed. Anthony would text and call and ensure I was happy throughout the process.
When I picked up my car, there was a promo piece left in my car referencing for me to sell my car. I asked the valet girl to remove it and never put it in my car again. I literally got my car November 2021, why the hell would I sell my car!?

Service agent was great as always. I paid for full detail. The car looks good but you really need to check windows in the sun light. My windshield on the passenger side was pretty dirty. We cleaned a couple of spots before I left but driving home I found a bunch more. Sorry but this happened last time too. Bummer to have a very nicely cleaned cat with a dirty window.
