Worst service in 50 years of owning cars. I will probably not buy another Lexus. First, when I brought car in and Aaron Serrano walked me over to service desk to get my loaner car, the desk announced they had no loaner cars and did not know when they would. After complaining and waiting 30 minutes, they shuttled me over to Hertz to get a free rental car, but the damage was done. Then I heard nothing for 3 days when the car would be ready. Ben took over for Aaron and he let me know car would be ready, but it took a week to get the car back. Completely unacceptable

Service is always great, no matter what staff member has been helping me. I was expecting a clean, washed car at pick up, but maybe the car wash was down today.
