Unfortunately, it took longer than expected even with a service appointment. Was there for a little more than an hour, 30 min waiting for advisor, them another 30 min.waiting for lianer.

Tyler was absolutely great and I had no issues with customer service. What upset me was the fact that I paid a lot of money for detail on my car and when I picked it up this morning it sat outside overnight covered in mist and dust. The detail was sloppy and still had wax in places. The windows were covered in dust or white powder. I was disappointed and not what I expected in a detail.
