I made an appointment for the fuel pump recall. No one checked to see if the recall kit was in stock so 1 day was wasted waiting for parts. It took all of the 2nd day to do the recall, so picked car up morning of day 3, as I’m handed the keys the young lady said, your car wasn’t washed, do you want to have that done now? Your service people need to take the initiative without being told, check on parts when appointment is made, wash car as always!

Jeff Miller did a great job for me but he only finished up the back end of my problem. The "completely satisfied" question is poor as that it is a yes or no answer. I was not completely satisfied but very satisfied with the back end of my problem. The front end was a disaster. Jeff did not handle that end of the problem. Once he and Dan Booth got involved, the problem was resolved. Before that, it looked like a money grab on the part of Metro Lexus. Metro tried to charge me $1000.00+ to fix a problem that should have been covered on my bumper to bumper coverage on my certified Lexus. As it turned out the problem was simple and required a fix that was also simple. They did not have to replace the $1000.00+ part they said they were going to have to replace. After Dan and Jeff got involved, it was quick, simple and covered as it should have been. Hats off to Jeff and Dan!
