We recieved a call from Tyler our car was ready for pickup. We arrived 30 minutes later to find that our car was not ready? I dropped my wife off to get her car 30 minutes later she called me upset that she is still waiting for the car. I called Tyler to see what happened he said he would find out. The car finally came after a 40 minute wait. I told Tyler I was going to call the service manager. Tyler said he would have him call me as I have not been happy with Lexus Escondido in the last 18
months I did not hear from a service manager, we are going to use Carlsbad Lexus for our prepaid service plan.

David Alvarado is excellent at his job. The person responsible for my car wash, however, left the car outside for several hours and it was covered in dust and various droppings, far dirtier than when the vehicle was brought in.
