Tim Rau is always fantastic. He is helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. While I never enjoy having service done on my car, inalways enjoy the service I receive from South County Lexus.

The tires is something that I questioned my sales person about and then when the service person found out we just purchased my vehicle all of a sudden I didn't need new tires?

Logan was fantastic. However - My floor mats were NOT cleaned even though I saw the vacuum hose in the vehicle. The back of my car was not cleaned so it looks like my car did not receive courtesy wash. Very disappointing for $800+ service today.
