Sofia was great. She did was she said she will do which is follow up and keep me updated. I visited this location back in August and spoke to another employee Ben Vakarchuk and no follow up or update was done with my needs. i called mulitple times and even spoke to a manager name Joel and again no follow up was completed. This location needs more employee like Sofia. She took down all my concerns and folowed up and finally got issues with my car taken care of. Thank you. Had some delays with the estimate time when my car will be fixed but i definitely understand since Sofia was awesome with communicating with me what is going on.
i myself work with Customer Service, and i wish to deal with Sofia in the future and avoid Ben and Joel. They almost made me question going back to Lexus Escondido because of poor customer service.

Made reservation for oil change for 215pm. Was told service would take 1-1.5 hrs max. Didn’t pick up car until close to 4pm. Car was washed but the floor mats were not vacuumed and the oil maintenance warning was not reset. I had to google on how to reset it myself. Plus I didn’t get a copy off the inspection report like I have in the past. Was an inspection even performed? Overall I wasn’t very happy with the service. Spent more than double for a conventional oil change compared to other places for the customer service experience that failed to deliver.
