The only issue I had, was that I was told last Thursday that the antenna Mast that needed to be replaced was in stock. That turned out not to be the case and my car had to be kept overnight. Being retired, that didn't really make a difference to me, other than having to make an extra trip.

Vanessa great, cashier great, rental car people very professional.
Bad cog in wheel is car pick up. Cashier called for my car snd said to wait out front. Stood there for 5 minutes til little guy in black jacket came by and asked if I was waiting for my car. He made a call said it was on way down. 10 minutes later now 3 of us waiting for our cars another guy in black jacket calls again. He says car on ramp on the way. 10 minutes later now 6 of us and first guy comes back calls again for my car. Then it finally shows up!!!!
