For the most part I was happy with my service advisor and service. The one improvement I would like to recommend is; I had a significant amount of work done to my vehicle and it would have been nice to receive a phone call telling me if the service went as anticipated and if there were any issues encountered vs a text that my car was ready. This isn’t essential but given Lexus prides itself on a higher level of service to its customers, I think a call and review of the service would have provided that level of service. I am pleased with Lexus of Escondido, which is why I keep bringing my vehicle in for service.
