Only complaint is I had an appointment ar 1:00. No service advisor approached me until 1:35. This was NOT Alayssa's fault. Waiting 35 minutes is unacceptable.

Normally I am thrilled with the level of service, attention to detail I receive at Metro Lexus. However, my most recent visit for an oil change left me wondering if I should seek out another service provider. I was advised by the service rep there was “debris” on the battery and it would be $65.00 to remove it. When I said that seemed awfully high to clean off a battery, the rep said it was actually more, but he had gotten them to come down to $65. I asked if this wasn’t something I could do myself, he sheepishly replied, “Yes, you probably could. When I got home and lifted the hood I found a battery terminal that I cleaned off with watts from my garden hose and some Coca Cola in five minutes. I have raved about the Metro Lexus service experience since I bought my car three years ago. But this experience has left me wondering if I should be looking for another service provider I trust won’t gouge me on the major repairs and ultimately a new dealership to purchase my next vehicle from.

Tire pressure on vehicle was at different leveling none of the tire were at the level. Paperwork from dealership show different info at 36 tire pressure. But in reality the tires are all different 36 35 34 that means that all tires weren’t check Accordingly paperwork
