Lexus Monogram Service

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Tony Hang . He made my experience enjoyable and pleasant. He was funny and kind and he made me feel very comfortable. He even fixed my trunk as I thought it was stuck. It has been a pleasure getting my car serviced at Crown Lexus and I plan on going back for all of my needs moving forward. Lastly, I want to point out that they went above and beyond when it came to washing my car. They even cleaned the rims and put armor oil on my tires. Everything was great except for when I was cashing out . I didn’t realize my credit card was expired and Apple Pay was not accepted at your location . . I didn’t know what to do this never happen before . I normally don’t carry major credit cards not to mention my service wasn’t planned it was just last minute got off work early and decided to just bring the car in for an oil change . I went into panic mode I tried calling my bank to see if there was another payment method. I asked the cashier Melody if I could access my car, because I realized my credit card was in my dash . I said once they pull up my car I will get my credit card from my dash -she answered that’s the thing we can’t bring your car up till you pay . How can I pay for service when my credit card is in my car. I can’t believe this lady had me standing there for 20-26 minutes trying to figure out how was I going to pay . A nice gentlemen finally walks up . I asked are you a manager, because this lady will not allow me to access my car so I can get my credit card to pay for the oil service . He asked Melanie for the keys and proceeded to **** me to my car that was already been parked and ready . I felt so embarrassed. I think he was so embarrassed for me that he didn’t even know what to say about the whole situation .

Service as ok. You should add that option. I have been coming to your dealership for years and decline in quality of service is obvious.

I was very satisfied with how Tony handled my requests and how he made sure that I understood what was happening. He is an excellent service writer and highly skilled in his field.

I almost met all service staff in crown Lexus in couple of times, every time I got the perfect service, very appreciated for all people here.

I never got a straight answer on why my car lost power while driving it. After spending $600.00 dollars, can’t guarantee if that will fix the problem. If Lexus can’t figure it out, who can?
