Anthony was great, attentive and wrote up my concerns.
Unfortunately the short version, feedback was that’s the way it is.
Road noise reads 88-93 DB, anything above 90 is considered dangerous, that’s the way it is… not satisfied the combination of sound deadening, shock absorbers, and run flat tires are not aligned.
Auto rear entry, in the manual, but not on the car, that’s the way it is.
Unlocking driver door, want it to open all like the other entries, it’s a software thing, nope that’s the way it is.
Log in for car software pops up frequently, requiring a code mid driving, that’s the way it is.
These are not dealership problems, they are manufacturers problems and while this is my 5th Toyota product, and my 30th car most expensive than any previously it’s terrible, and that’s the way it is…

Both windshield wipers were broken. Don't know why you would even mess with the wipers. Especially since all you had to do was change oil, and replace tires.. I will rethink service at your facility
