A couple of major issues/concerns:
1)Ab RX that also had an oill change at roughly the same time; the RX owner and i compared invoices miam difference found: Rx required 7 quarts vs my ct200 only requiring 5 quarts. RX paid $99 whereas I paid $105. Why try e discrepamcy? lunch for tachnician/Jarrod?The tchnician Jarrod was no where to be found so i let it be.
2) Another mjor item; got home and found a large scratch on rear bumper!
what happened to “lexus” quality and service!?!?!?
