Tony Hang always goes above and beyond. Rarely do I encounter someone of his caliber who provides outstanding customer service. He exhibits extensive knowledge of Lexus products/repairs as well as projecting a friendly/professional demeanor. Further, Tony always ensures any concerns are thoroughly addressed, questions answered, provides accurate service completion updates, and if warranted, ensures that a courtesy car is available. Consequently, when I need to schedule a service appointment, I always request Tony. When he’s not available, while satisfactory, other service advisors, unlike Tony, are not exceptional
