Ben was super helpful and great to work with. Unfortunately when I received my car back, the license plate was bent. This is the third time this has happened to my car when serviced at Lexus. Recommend to get new car wash, hand wash the cars, or put in the car wash procedure to remove the license plate prior to wash and the replace. You should never have to tell the customer this happens sometimes and do absolutely nothing to prevent it from happening?!
