My experience with Vanessa was fine. The following comments are not related to her. First, the cost of labor will have me exploring other options on where to have my 3-Lexus vehicles serviced. At the current rate I cannot return to Lexus for service. Second, ever since I bought my first Lexus in December 2015 at Lexus Escondido I have constantly been “hounded” or “asked” if I want to trade in. Every time I say no and ask to be removed from the request list. This is a complete turn off. In the past I have recommended Lexus of Escondido. I no longer will do so, nor will I purchase a vehicle from you again. I have been a loyal customer since 2015. With the economy being what it is I need to explore other options of affordable service. Thank you!

Upon coming in to get car after front end corrections were made on original factory front end finish issues (wavy, not smooth front grill next to hood), I discovered multiple (12-15) paint and finish issues not completed at a satisfactory level. Manager agreed with my assessment and commented on disappointment with completed job. Car is back in for additional finish work. This is my first time with the Lexus Customer Experience, I purchased this vehicle because of the Lexus reputation for superior fit and finish. I am hoping for a better outcome on this attempt at the repairs.
