My service advisor was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful, very professional, and assisted me in all possible ways. She made my car service experience awesome, quickly and even assisted me with my loaner in a timely manner.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received, until I received a text from the Loaner desk. It informed me that the loaner vehicle was only filled up to 93 %? I thought I filled the tank, because the indicator was on the F. They said they were going to charge me $11.47 for the 7%. Of course I will abide by the contract I signed. Regardless, I’m disappointed, considering I spent $1,493 on my service! I don’t think I would of complained if I had put only 75%, or less, but 93%, after spending $1,500 is ridiculous, in my opinion. By the way, the staff was friendly and helpful.
