Keyes Lexus has a real winner in Anthony Pastoral - professional, knowledgeable, respectful, explains the issues with my car clearly and I don’t ever feel like I’m being up sold on services, instead he works with me on a plan to keep my car healthy without financially ruining me. It’s why I keep coming back to Keyes Lexus for service, and requesting to work with Anthony for years now.
Also a huge shoutout to the mechanic, Erick ****, who led the work on my car - I accidentally left cash in the vehicle and it was still there when my car was returned - that has not happened at other dealerships and service stations, I AM SO GRATEFUL to him for his honesty, morals, values and good judgment. Wow!

Everybody at Crown Lexus is very friendly and professional. The only issue I had and have had over the years is that the time it takes for the service to be completed is very long. A simple oil change or change of tire takes multiple hours.
