Windshield wipers were replaced and charged without authorization. Also was told I needed 4 new tires and was given pricing and told you were cheaper than Costco and Sam’s Club specifically. I checked and Costco is about $400 less for exact tires and they said I only need front ones. Tire specs on the sheet I was given were incorrect. Lounge area is not as nice as other Lexus dealers. Will not return to this location.

David your advisor insisted that I was at fault with regard to the dash board stating that I was getting 19 mpg. He went as far to say that the diagnostices test showed I was accelerating on the gas. He as an advisor stated that 19 mpg was within the NORMAL range. The car went through inspection and nothing was found wrong. I asked for a manager. I ended up resetting the odometer button which corrected the problem. I have been a generational Toyota customer. This was my first encounter with Lexus. I was almost in tears as I thought I had purchased a lemon.
