absolutely LOVE Lexus of Escondido! I got a cracked windshield on the way home from work and went straight to Lexus service department for help. Mark Ciesla immediately took my car in for service, provided a rental car, and washed my car, for FREE! Why for free? Because my financial advisor, Andrew, encouraged me to get the cheap windshield/scratch insurance.. Thank Goodness! The hospitality at Lexus is next level!!
