I took my car to the dealer because it told me that it needed servicing, they inspected it and I had to change the oil, rotate the tires, the air conditioning filter and they mentioned that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I agreed to change the rotation oil and filter. And I told him that the windshield wipers should not be changed because he had used them the last time it rained and they were fine. Today in the morning I wanted to use them to clean the windshield and they were already detached in half. which bothered me a lot because they were not like this when I took the car to the service. I didn't want to think badly but I think they hurt me there. As I repeat, I had used them days ago and they are in good condition. so that annoys me. I think I will not return to your business, I will see other options.

I had no idea the appointment would be so long. I was in for an oil change. After speaking with Mark, he suggested the 40,000 appt. My vehicle had 32,664 miles. I was there until almost 4 pm. Mark was nice and did honor a coupon that had expired. I appreciated that. My car was was excellent. My car seemed to drive better????.I also really like my car. I love the hybrid .
Would just recommend that the customer is aware you will have the vehicle all day. Thank you.
