This was my second service visit there and it far exceeded my expectations. I inherited my Lexus from my mom who suddenly died 2 years ago. I had it serviced at the Lexus of Santa Fe and always had a positive experience but your service department and dealership is top-notch and something I’ve never seen before. I worked at Marvin K Brown selling Cadillacs over 20 years ago, so I understand what a well operated dealership looks like. Every single staff member and the amenities, including fast WiFi and a vacuuming with the car wash were impressive. The 3+ hours I spent there today flew by and were actually quite enjoyable. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience. I’ll be back!
