Crown Lexus is the worst car dealership I have dealt with in 40 years. I have never talked to this person to my knowledge and don’t want to deal with anyone at this dealership. I have arranged to have a defect in my new car fixed at another location. The staff was more than willing to help...even being short staffed due to the holiday. As always, my issue was resolved within minutes of my arrival. I appreciated Danecia’s professionalism and the fact that she was not pushy unlike many other service managers in your location. Danecia provided me options for service and answered all my questions objectively and truthfully. There are many service managers that are extremely pushy at your location. They make every repair seem like a life and death saturation and call numerous times to push for the repair. Danecia was not like that and she advised me objectively on what I needed at the time. I hope that she will be rewarded for this. I hope that the pressure on other service managers be lifted so that they won’t have to press their clients to purchase additional services.
